Regent University Centre for Entrepreneurship (USA), in collaboration with Kingdom Leadership Institute (KLI), is honored to invite you to participate in a high-level training, "The Trainers, Mentorship, and Coaching Masterclass," scheduled to take place from 15th to 16th April 2026 at Njiro Ebenezer Retreat Centre, Arusha, Tanzania.
Target Audience & Purpose
The executive programme is designed for accomplished business leaders, CEOs, corporate executives, and senior professionals who desire to expand their influence beyond their current positions by equipping and mentoring emerging entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and corporate teams through structured training and coaching frameworks.
Programme Structure & Certification
The training begins online and continues with two intensive in-person sessions in Arusha, culminating in an Accredited Certificate in Training and Mentorship for successful participants.
Through the Regent RCE–KLI partnership, participants gain access to the Business Development Centre (BDC), which supports over 200 SMEs in Tanzania, offers hands-on mentorship application, and contributes to national economic growth.
Graduation Ceremony & Recognition
A formal graduation ceremony on 18 April 2026 at Four Points by Sheraton, Arusha, will feature invited national leaders, including the Prime Minister of Tanzania, and celebrate both masterclass participants and 50 BDC entrepreneurs.
SME Summit & Networking Opportunities
KLI will also host an SME Summit & Investment Expo and an International Business Networking Dinner on 17 April 2026, creating strategic opportunities for networking, investment engagement, and cross-sector collaboration.
